The Foundations and Certifications That Support My Work
My work is built on solid foundations that integrate academic training, consistent methodologies, and practical experience focused on performance, health, and human development. This combination allows me to offer personalized and strategic solutions, blending technical knowledge with human sensitivity. I believe excellence comes from the intersection of continuous learning, consistent practice, and meaningful exchanges with inspiring professionals. By clearly presenting the pillars that support my work, I reaffirm my commitment to ethics, depth, and authenticity — values that guide every step of the processes, programs, and mentorships I create, always with method, science, and humanity.

Training in Human Behavior and Development
DeRose Method | 2015 – 2018
The DeRose Method is a comprehensive system for human development created in 1960 by Professor DeRose — a global reference in the well-being market. Internationally recognized, the method combines ancient techniques from traditional Yôga with robust insights from the field of human behavior, resulting in a sophisticated approach to personal and professional evolution.
Throughout my training, I was equipped with a technical and conceptual repertoire that enables a profound refinement of the individual, enhancing vitality, mental clarity, emotional intelligence, and self-leadership. More than a set of practices, the DeRose Method is a philosophy of life — one that teaches how to live better, with more awareness, health, and excellence.

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education
University of São Paulo (USP) | 2017 - 2020
My academic training in Physical Education at the School of Physical Education and Sport at the University of São Paulo (EEFE-USP) was guided by a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to human development — encompassing physical, cognitive, social, and emotional dimensions.
During this time, I engaged in a Scientific Initiation research project and developed my final thesis (TCC) in partnership with the Center for Sociocultural Studies of Human Movement (CESC). The project was titled:
“Extreme sports, travel, and the adventure that unites them: a perspective through corporeality.”
This research explored the bodily experience in outdoor sports practices, seeking to understand the body as a vehicle for expression, a connection with the world, and a tool for self-discovery. Through a phenomenological approach, I examined themes such as corporeality, identity, culture, and subjectivity — shedding light on the symbolic and existential value of radical sports and adventure travel.
This academic foundation expanded my understanding of human behavior across different contexts, strengthening my empathetic listening, integrative perspective, and ability to work with strategies that consider the human being in their entirety.

Specialization in Leadership Development Mentorship
Upskill | 2021 - 2022
The Upskill Mentorship Certification was built on three essential pillars: human behavior, leadership, and agile learning. The program is designed to develop professionals who intentionally accelerate talent and help shape more strategic, productive, and human-centered organizational cultures.
Through this training, I learned how to conduct individual and group mentoring processes with a clear focus on outcomes, goal alignment, and authentic growth. I was equipped to serve as a bridge between personal development and organizational performance, using practical tools aligned with business realities and diverse human profiles.

MBA in People Management
University of São Paulo (USP/Esalq) | 2023 - 2024
This program — one of the most highly regarded in Brazil — is focused on leadership, strategy, and organizational behavior, with an up-to-date and practice-oriented curriculum. Through this experience, I developed a systemic view of talent management, leadership development, and the transformation of organizational cultures.
Throughout the course, I refined my ability to align people with organizational strategy, working with emotional intelligence, climate management, performance evaluation processes, and the creation of high-performance teams.
In addition, while developing my final thesis, I explored the topic of burnout prevention and its relationship with organizational culture — a study that deepened my understanding of mental health in the workplace and strengthened my mentoring practice. This formation solidified my strategic approach, grounded in evidence, and focused on sustainable performance and the well-being of individuals and teams.
